Online Returns & Exchanges
TrueNorthShop stands by its products and hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase, products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original receipt provided they meet the criteria listed below. Your return, assuming criteria are met, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive it. Please hang on to any return tracking information until your return is processed. You will be credited the amount paid for the item(s) minus the shipping originally charged.

Should you wish to make an exchange, please follow the above return instructions and place a new order for desired replacement item(s).
If you live in the Winnipeg area, you may also return or exchange your item(s) at any of our five Jets Gear locations within 30 days of the original purchase. Please have your order number available.
Criteria for returns & exchanges
- Item(s) must be in original new and unused condition and must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be accompanied by packing list or original receipt and a Return Form
- All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If a sale item is returned for any reason, store credit will be issued.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed by customer
- Items that have spills, stains or odors
- Face coverings
- Items that have been removed from their original packaging
- Personalized or non-stocked player jerseys
- Jerseys with patches (e.g. Inaugural Season, 10th Year, Hall of Fame, NHL Centennial etc.)
- Autographed items
- DVDs that have been opened
- Game Worn/Used Equipment
- Sale items will not be accepted. (Includes but not limited to discounts for the following: product marked as "sale", Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Save of the Game)
True North Shop does not cover any costs associated with exchanges or returns except in the case of a wrongfully shipped item or a damaged/ defective product. If you receive a damaged or defective* product, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1 (204) 926-5929 for return/exchange instruction.
*Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be deemed defective. This determination will be at the discretion of the store manager.
Items being returned to True North Shop from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as Canadian Goods being returned to Canada. True North Shop is not responsible for shipping costs or any other costs such as duties and taxes that may result in shipping your order back to Canada. Should costs be incurred, they will be taken off your refund.
Items received as a gift can be exchanged for store credit only with an accompanying gift receipt and must follow all return criteria. We are unable to accept returns without proper proof of purchase whatsoever.
