Truenorthshop.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees associated with receiving your order. Under no circumstance will truenorthshop.com be held responsible for delays in shipping.
All products purchased for Local Delivery on TRUENORTHSHOP.COM will be delivered by True North Shop staff.
Upon order approval, truenorthshop.com will ship to any valid street address within Canada via Canada Post. We will ship via Canada Post, which will then be delivered through the USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx depending on the type of delivery selected, to any valid street address within the United States. truenorthshop.com ships internationally via Canada Post, which is then forwarded onto the most convenient delivery method in your country.
TRUENORTHSHOP.COM recommends shipping to an address / location where someone is available to receive the delivery (such as a business address). Truenorthshop.com will not be held responsible for packages delivered to a unattended address.
Weekends and Holidays
TRUENORTHSHOP.COM does not ship items on weekends (Saturday – Sunday). Our eCommerce warehouse will also be closed for shipping on all major Canadian holidays.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and typically leave our TRUENORTHSHOP.COM warehouse 48 to 72 hours from the time your order is processed. Postal orders received on Friday – Sunday will usually ship the following Tuesday / Wednesday (please add one day for holidays).
Local delivery orders will be delivered approximately 3 business days from the time your order is processed.
Orders requested via Express two day service should arrive in two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving the TRUENORTHSHOP.COM warehouse. Orders must be placed by 11am (CST) Monday – Friday to be eligible for the next business day’s Express two day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until Tuesday / Wednesday (please add one day for holidays).
Customers will receive a ship notification email with a tracking number (if applicable) once the order has been shipped. This will provide the customer with the option to track the delivery of your order.
Orders can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca or in the United States at www.usps.com. Orders going to the United States will not show up on the USPS website until the item clears through the United States Customs process.
